Store Pickup


 When will my order be ready?

Same-day pickup items will be available for pickup within 4 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be available for pickup the next day.

‘2-Day Shipping‘ items will be shipped for free to the store you select, and will be available for pickup within 2 business days on orders placed before 2 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays.

Other items available for pickup (items that do not display ‘Today‘ or ‘2-Day Shipping’) will be shipped for free to the store you select. Orders are typically available for pickup within 3-5 business days from when your order was placed; exceptions may apply.

For all pickup orders, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order is ready for pickup.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 7 days from the date your order is ready for pickup.


Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes! You can designate a pickup person during checkout or edit it later in ‘order details.’ Please note, it may take up to 4 hours for the new pickup person to update.


Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

Go to the Pickup desk to pick up your order.


What do I need to do to pick up my order?

Bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email or show it on your phone. Orders over $200 require a photo ID.

Why do I need the latest version of the Tulysa App to use the mobile check-in feature?

Having the latest version of the Tulysa app ensures you enjoy a seamless, mobile check-in experience.


How do I update the app on an iPhone?

Go to the App Store, scroll to the TULYSA app and tap ‘Update’.


How do I update the app on an Android phone?

Go to Google Play. Tap the Menu icon and click ‘My Apps’. Scroll to the TULYSA app and tap ‘Update’.


When should I tap the ‘Check in’ button?

Tap the button marked ‘Check in’ when you arrive at the store and make your way to the pickup area.


Why didn’t I receive a check-in notification at the store?

Make sure your location services and notifications are enabled on your phone and that you are signed in to the TULYSA app.

Don’t worry if you didn’t receive a notification ― you can still use this feature.

Simply open the app when you get to the store and tap ‘Store Pickup’ on the home screen.

When you’re ready to go to the pickup area, tap the button marked ‘Check in.’


How do I enable location services on my phone?

Iphone:

Go to your Settings.

Select ‘Notifications’ and then ‘tulysa.com App.’

Set Allow Notifications to ‘On.’

Android:

Go to your Settings and turn Notifications to ‘On.’


Should I turn on my location services?

We recommend turning on location services for the easiest check-in experience.

If your location services are off, you can still use this feature.

Simply open the app when you get to the store and tap ‘Store Pickup’ on the home screen.

When you’re ready to go to the pickup area, tap the button marked ‘Check in.’
